Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 33pmw platform, including all games, sports betting services, payment processing, promotional offers, and customer support provided through 33pmw.vip and any associated mobile or web applications operated by 33pmw. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 33pmw ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 33pmw platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33pmw platform and close your account. Continued use of 33pmw following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active 33pmw account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33pmw operates a strict 21+ policy and may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your date of birth. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must register only one personal 33pmw account. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. This includes your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. 33pmw reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — either imposed by 33pmw or self-declared through the platform's responsible gaming tools — at the time of registration or login. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new account.
• You must access 33pmw exclusively for personal, recreational purposes. Using the platform for commercial benefit, operating as an agent for third parties, or participating on behalf of another person without explicit written consent from 33pmw is prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each 33pmw account is personal and non-transferable. The account may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing account credentials with any third party, allowing another person to operate your account, or operating another person's account on their behalf are all strictly prohibited actions that will result in permanent account closure.

• Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. A one-time SMS verification code will be sent to confirm ownership of the number. 33pmw uses this mobile number as the primary account identifier and method of contact for security-related notifications.
• 33pmw may at any time request identity verification documents as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password for your 33pmw account and do not reuse passwords from other platforms. Enable any additional security features available in your account settings. 33pmw is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• 33pmw reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or if the account holder has provided false registration information.
• Account closure may be requested by the player at any time by contacting 33pmw support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on the account. 33pmw will retain account records for a minimum of five years following closure in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

If you suspect that your 33pmw account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33pmw support immediately by email to [email protected]. 33pmw will investigate the matter and take appropriate steps to secure the account. Delaying notification of suspected unauthorised access may affect your ability to recover losses attributable to that access.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 33pmw are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on 33pmw:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — all transactions processed in BDT with no currency conversion. Deposits credited instantly upon confirmation from the mobile wallet provider.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer processing times may take 1 to 3 business hours during standard banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Daily deposit limits may apply to individual accounts based on account tier and verification status. 33pmw reserves the right to revise deposit limits at any time with or without notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 33pmw support. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours.
• 33pmw reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, payment method ownership verification, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until all requested verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits made to 33pmw must be used for gaming activity and may not be deposited with the sole intention of transferring funds out of the platform without genuine gaming activity. 33pmw monitors deposit and withdrawal patterns and may flag accounts engaged in potential money laundering activities for immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

33pmw offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts, different payment methods, or different registration details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• 33pmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is terminated before a player has completed its wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited, but any net cash balance (non-bonus funds) on the account will not be affected.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 33pmw account. Wagers will draw from bonus funds first unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise. Real money (non-bonus) funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements, independent of any active bonus.
• Seasonal and event-specific promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — have their own specific terms including start and end dates, eligible games or markets, and maximum bonus amounts. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33pmw. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Fraud, cheating, or collusion — including but not limited to using software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using 33pmw as a vehicle for transferring or disguising proceeds of crime, or conducting transactions structured to evade financial reporting obligations.
• Multi-accounting — registering or using more than one 33pmw account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming bonuses multiple times, or resuming access following a self-exclusion period.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting errors, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour to accumulate bonus credits, free spins, or winnings beyond what was intended by the applicable promotion terms.
• Underage gambling — accessing or using 33pmw while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to 33pmw by a person known to be under the age of 21.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any content through 33pmw that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law, including harassing communications directed at 33pmw staff or other players through any platform channel.

33pmw monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund freezing, and legal referral — against any account where prohibited activity is suspected. Players whose accounts are closed for prohibited activity forfeit all account balances without exception.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 33pmw platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game content, audio, video, data compilations, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of 33pmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in 33pmw's intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33pmw platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the 33pmw platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 33pmw.

7. Responsible Gaming Commitment

33pmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. 33pmw is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your account to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Session reminders: receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play to encourage regular breaks and help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: temporarily suspend access to your 33pmw account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period your account is inaccessible for wagering, but pending withdrawals will still be processed.
• Self-exclusion: permanently exclude yourself from 33pmw by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account will result in immediate closure of that account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pmw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the 33pmw platform, even if 33pmw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33pmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 33pmw account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

33pmw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 33pmw, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 33pmw uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. 10. Amendments to These Terms

33pmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 33pmw will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, 33pmw may also notify registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 33pmw platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 33pmw, you are encouraged to contact 33pmw support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 33pmw will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute raised by a player fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon by the parties, or resolved through competent courts of jurisdiction as applicable.
